Affiliate Programme Terms
1. Joining
The R3 Affiliate Programme is run by R3 (r3crew.com; full business details are in our Terms & Conditions) (“R3”, “we”). By registering you accept these terms. To join you must be at least 18, have a genuine audience (website, blog, YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram or similar), and not have been removed from the programme before. Your account is activated once you confirm your email. We may review any account and decline or remove it at our discretion, for example where the content is not a good fit for the brand.
2. Commission
You earn a percentage of the product value (excluding shipping, taxes and discounts) of each order placed by a customer who arrived through your affiliate link or used your personal discount code. The rate depends on your level: Standard 10% from your first sale, Silver 15% after 10 sales and Gold 20% after 15 sales. A sale counts once the order has been delivered and the return period has ended, and it isn’t cancelled, returned or refunded. Orders that use an R3 promo code not issued to you (for example one from our streams) don’t earn commission, and discount codes can’t be combined. All sales since you joined count. Levels are checked automatically every day, never go down, and the new rate applies to sales made after the change. A referral cookie is stored for 30 days; if the customer buys within that time, the sale is credited to you. Where several affiliates are involved, the last click wins. We may change the commission rate or the cookie period with 30 days’ notice by email; changes never apply to sales already credited.
Commission is only earned on orders that are paid, delivered and not returned or refunded. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, charged back or flagged as fraudulent are deducted from your balance. Your own purchases and purchases by members of your household do not earn commission.
3. Payment
- Commissions are approved automatically once the order has been delivered and the customer’s return period has ended, and then become payable.
- We pay monthly by bank transfer, once your approved balance reaches £25. Smaller balances roll over.
- You must provide accurate payout details in your affiliate account. We are not responsible for payments sent to details you entered incorrectly.
- You are responsible for any tax due on commissions in your country. If you are a business you may need to issue us an invoice; we will tell you if so.
4. Your responsibilities
- Clearly disclose that you use affiliate links, in line with UK CMA/ASA guidance, the US FTC rules and any local law that applies to you.
- Describe our products honestly. Do not invent discounts, claims or reviews.
- Keep your login details private and tell us straight away if your account is compromised.
- Comply with the rules of every platform you post on.
5. What is not allowed
- Spam, unsolicited email, bulk messaging or pop-under advertising.
- Paid search ads on “R3”, “R3Crew”, “r3crew.com” or misspellings of them, or any ad that links directly to our site without permission.
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, bots, fake orders or any technique that credits sales you did not genuinely refer.
- Registering domains, usernames or pages that could be confused with R3.
- Posting our links on sites with adult, hateful, violent or illegal content, or on coupon/cashback sites unless we have agreed it in writing.
- Buying through your own link, or asking friends and family to do so.
Breaking any of these rules leads to immediate removal and forfeiture of unpaid commission.
6. Using the R3 brand
While you are an active affiliate you may use the R3 name, logo and official product images we provide, only to promote our products and only in the form we supply them. You may not alter the logo, use it in your own branding, or suggest that you are R3 or are endorsed by us. All rights stay with R3 and this permission ends when you leave the programme.
7. Ending the agreement
You can leave at any time by contacting us; we can remove you at any time with notice, or immediately if these terms are broken. On termination you must remove all R3 links and materials. Commission already approved is still paid on the next payout date, unless the account was closed for fraud or breach.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for tracking failures caused by the customer’s browser settings, ad blockers, or your own site. We may suspend the programme, our website or tracking at any time for maintenance or technical reasons. Our total liability to you under this agreement is limited to the commission properly earned in the 12 months before the claim.
9. General
You act as an independent partner, not as an employee, agent or representative of R3, and cannot make commitments on our behalf. We may update these terms; we will email you about significant changes, and continuing to use your affiliate link after that means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
