R3 Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Welcome to the R3 Affiliate Program! By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By registering for and participating in the R3 Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in the affiliate program.
2. AFFILIATE ELIGIBILITY
To qualify as an affiliate, you must:
– Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
– Have a valid website, blog, social media presence, or other promotional platform
– Not engage in illegal, fraudulent, or unethical business practices
– Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
– Not have been previously terminated from the R3 Affiliate Program
3. COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Affiliates earn up to 10% commission on qualifying sales referred through their unique affiliate link. Commission rates are determined by:
– Sales volume
– Affiliate performance
– Rank level achieved
– Product categories
R3 reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days’ notice to affiliates.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
– Commissions are calculated after the customer’s return period has expired
– Payments are processed monthly for balances exceeding the minimum threshold
– Affiliates must provide valid payment information
– R3 is not responsible for errors in payment information provided by affiliates
– Commissions on refunded or cancelled orders will be deducted from future payments
5. AFFILIATE RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
– Promote R3 products honestly and accurately
– Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines and applicable laws
– Not make false or misleading claims about R3 products
– Not engage in spam, unsolicited emails, or other prohibited marketing practices
– Not bid on R3 branded keywords in paid search campaigns
– Not use R3 trademarks without prior written permission
– Maintain the confidentiality of your affiliate account credentials
6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Affiliates may NOT:
– Engage in cookie stuffing or other fraudulent tracking methods
– Generate fraudulent sales or clicks
– Purchase products through their own affiliate links for personal use
– Create fake accounts or use misleading domain names
– Promote R3 through adult content, illegal content, or hate speech
– Impersonate R3 or claim official partnership without authorization
– Use incentivized traffic methods without prior approval
– Violate any intellectual property rights
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
– R3 retains all rights to its trademarks, logos, and brand materials
– Affiliates receive a limited, revocable license to use approved marketing materials
– Affiliates may not modify R3 logos or branding without permission
– All content created using R3 materials must be removed upon termination
8. TRACKING AND COOKIES
– Sales are tracked through cookies with a specified duration
– R3 uses industry-standard tracking technology
– Affiliates are responsible for ensuring proper link implementation
– R3 is not liable for tracking errors or lost commissions due to technical issues
9. TERMINATION
R3 reserves the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate account:
– For violation of these terms
– For fraudulent or suspicious activity
– At our sole discretion with or without cause
– With immediate effect for serious violations
Upon termination:
– Unpaid commissions for completed transactions will be honored
– Pending commissions may be forfeited for terms violations
– You must cease all use of R3 marketing materials
– Your affiliate links will be deactivated
10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
R3 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
R3 shall not be liable for:
– Lost profits or indirect damages
– Technical failures or tracking errors
– Changes to the affiliate program structure
– Decisions regarding commission approvals or denials
12. CONFIDENTIALITY
Affiliates agree to keep confidential:
– Commission rates and payment information
– Proprietary marketing materials and strategies
– Internal program communications
– Other affiliates’ performance data
13. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
Affiliates must comply with:
– FTC disclosure requirements
– GDPR and data protection regulations
– CAN-SPAM Act and anti-spam laws
– Advertising standards and truth in advertising laws
– All applicable local, state, and federal regulations
14. TAX RESPONSIBILITIES
Affiliates are responsible for:
– Reporting income to appropriate tax authorities
– Paying all applicable taxes on commissions earned
– Providing required tax documentation (W-9, W-8BEN, etc.)
– Maintaining accurate financial records
15. SUPPORT AND COMMUNICATION
– Affiliates can contact support at hello@r3crew.com
– Response times may vary but we aim to respond within 48 hours
– Program updates will be communicated via email or affiliate dashboard
16. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and R3 concerning the affiliate program and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
BY CLICKING “I ACCEPT” OR BY PARTICIPATING IN THE R3 AFFILIATE PROGRAM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
