Delivery & Returns

We ship orders from fulfilment centres in China, the United States and the United Kingdom. Depending on stock availability, your order may be dispatched from any of these warehouses, which means a US delivery might occasionally be shipped from China. Some products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, but most items are sent from our fulfilment centre in China.

Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days, but in many cases delivery is faster and your order may arrive in under 7 days. Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping carrier and pick‑up times. If there are any unusual delays with your order, you will be notified, and any general delays may also be highlighted on our website.

For all orders up to £90, delivery is £6.50. Additional items may incur extra shipping costs. For orders over £90, shipping is free (or free above the equivalent of £90 in other currencies). The exact shipping cost for each product is shown after you add it to your cart.

If you wish to track your order, please enter your Order ID in the box on the order tracking page and click “Track”. The order ID can be found on receipts and confirmation emails.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in a saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags and labels still attached. You can return your order for a refund within 30 days of receiving your goods. We do not currently offer a free returns service and we do not provide return shipping labels, so you will be responsible for the cost of sending the items back to us.

Items must have all labels attached and be in perfect condition so they can be resold; otherwise, a partial refund may be issued. Please retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. Kindly include a note with your order number and name inside the package.

Unfortunately, we no longer process exchanges. Instead, you can return any unwanted items for a refund and re-purchase any size/colour option that you would like.

You’ll be refunded as soon as your package is accepted by our returns department at the warehouse. Once it is accepted it can take up to 5 working days for the money to be back in your account.
